VQ Performance Lab, including its name, logo, visual design, layout, user interface, source code, text, guides, diagnostic content, build sheets and graphics, is owned by Miranda Westover and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and any package you buy for your own personal or shop use. Package licenses and download keys are for the purchasing account only.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, mirror, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the app's design, code or content. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share packages, license keys or downloads, or use the app to build a competing product, without prior written permission from Miranda Westover.
You keep ownership of the posts and photos you share. By posting, you give VQ Performance Lab a license to display them in the app. Don't post content you don't have the right to share, or content that is illegal, harassing or misleading. Swaps and meets are arranged between members at their own risk.
Repair, diagnostic, torque and tuning information is provided for educational purposes only. Always follow factory service procedures and safety practices. Modifications may affect your warranty, emissions compliance and vehicle safety. You are responsible for any work performed on your vehicle.
Package prices are listed in USD and charged once through Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your billing address.
Violations of these terms may result in account termination, license revocation and legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
